Flying on the japan - sfo leg of my trip home from hong kong. Its the first time in a long time I have been so far towards the back of the plane. Its very cramped back here.
An older lady with a very loud voice ( and who likes to use it) is right behind me. I just heard her mention that she likes the mirrors in the seats. These are really the video screens.
Not looking forward to the rest of this flight, and I really need some sleep.

UA's free upgrades

So how does this work with all my regional and 500 mile upgrades? Do i ignore these, or do they give me a priority over the free upgrades.
